Also located within Dulles 28 Centre is a Residence Inn Dulles Airport @ Dulles 28 Centre, a 151-suite hotel purpose-built to extended stay travelers, which opened its doors in April, 2006.  The Dulles 28 Centre location offers guests of the Residence Inn Dulles Airport @ Dulles 28 Centre convenient access to the Washington Metropolitan Area's largest business, retail and leisure centers, including Tysons Corner, Dulles Town Center, Reston Town Center, Leesburg and Washington, D.C.  In addition, Dulles 28 Centre is just a short distance away from the new National Air and Space Museum's Steven F. • Wegmans Food Market opened in February, 2004.  Headquartered in Rochester, New York.  Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. boasts $3.3 billion in annual sales in 2003.  Wegmans operates 66 stores: 51 in New York state, 10 in Pennsylvania, 4 in New Jersey and two in Virginia.

• Future site of The Presidential Golf Club at Dulles 28 Centre.  The Presidential is the best conceived corporate meeting and golf facility in America. It truly brings the boardroom to the golfer, and vice versa, The Presidential offers 75,000 square feet of superior meeting and dining facilities – with over 17 meeting rooms, all equipped with state-of-the-art media and security technologies. The Presidential is also the home of a championship 27-hole golf course, designed by Dave Heatwole of Heatwole Golf Design, a celebrated 20-year Nicklaus Design Architect. The Presidential also houses one of four Jack Nicklaus Academies in the country – offering an unparalleled practice facility with a 56-station driving range and short game school. The Academy, 18 holes of play and the 16,900 square foot Presidential Clubhouse will open spring of 2008. The remaining holes will open in 2009 and the Presidential Grand clubhouse opening in spring of 2010.

• Dulles 28 Auto Wash - a state-of-the-art full service car wash and express detailing center situated on 1.27 acres is coming soon.  Features include a 7,500 sq.ft. facility which will serve to house an exterior wash tunnel and three bays for after care (interior cleaning) and detailing services (opening in 2008).
